We make efforts to deal with everything with the minimum of fuss to make what can be an extremely stressful process; as relaxed and easy as possible for you. Menus are priced to include hot beverages and informal style buffet meals. Rest assured, we will ensure that the day is treated with the dignity and reverence that it deserves.

Room hire is charged according to the room selected, day of the week, or time of year. Your coordinator will be able to advise you on your room hire charge.
You may wish to view the rooms and to meet the people involved prior to making a reservation. Should this be your choice then please call to make an appointment – this will ensure that the rooms you need to see are free and that there is a suitably experienced member of the team available.

How to reserve your reception
Telephone Reception on 01384 253418 to ascertain availability of a suitable room to either make an appointment or to make a provisional reservation – you will need to provide details of minimum/maximum numbers, suitable dates and times
If you make a provisional reservation or wish to discuss our facilities you should make an appointment to visit the hotel.
Once a booking has been made you should visit the hotel by appointment to finalise all arrangements.
A full schedule will be produced following this meeting. This will detail what has been agreed along with a schedule of dates by which any further information or pre-payments are required.
Final numbers will be required 24 hours prior to your party. This will be the minimum number charged for. Any additional guests will be charged pro-rata and any special meals that have not been pre-ordered will be added to the final account.
Reservations are accepted in good faith. In the event of cancellation, all deposits are non-refundable and additional cancellation charges may be made. These are detailed on the Contract, which is sent to confirm your reservation.
